 A group of FNL rebels attacked a camp of the FDD (former Hutu rebels, now allied with the government). Ten FNL men were killed, one FDD man was wounded.

Rwanda and Uganda have agreed to conduct joint patrols on their border, in order to deal with rebel or bandit groups that one country or another may favor (or be suspected of favoring).
