MNLF rebels released 89 civilian hostages and were allowed to move to a rebel camp 64 kilometers from Zamboanga. The 250 rebels promised to cause no more trouble, although they were allowed to keep their weapons. In the capital, interrogation of two Palestinians and a Jordanian arrested last week revealed that they were working for the bin Laden organization.
