The country may be returning to a state of normalcy and some of the rebel leadership has recently taken to apologizing to the nation for the chaos they caused. Abidjan's vice governor was even in the United States, claiming that his country was safe for tourists after the power-sharing deal between the government and rebels was signed. - Adam Geibel
