NEW COMMANDERS: Dutch Army: Lieutenant General Ad van Ball will replace Lieutenant General Maarten Schouten later this year. Germany: Lieutenant General Gert Gudera will be the new Inspector of the Army (i.e., commander). Lieutenant General Gerhard Back will be the new Inspector of the Luftwaffe (i.e., commander).--Stephen V Cole
