Procurement: Seahawk Goes South

July 4, 2008: Brazil has bought four U.S. S-70B Seahawk helicopters for its navy. These anti-submarine helicopters will cost about $49 million each. The S-70B is a navalized version of UH-60 Black hawk. Brazil expects to eventually buy twelve of the S-70Bs (which is called the H-60 when serving in the U.S. Navy.)
