The Navy has disciplined more than 500 employees at the supply depot at Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for using the government Email system to send sexually-explicit messages and photos. Nine employees were suspended; 207 others received letters of reprimand that could block later pay raises or promotions. Another 298 received letters of admonishment. Of the 514 people involved, about a dozen were military and the rest were civilians. The sending of such messages "poses a threat not only to the overall sexual harassment-free climate, but to the public trust". --Stephen V Cole
