Ericsson Microwave Systems is marketing the ARTHUR (artillery hunting radar) weapon locating system. In a recent demonstration in Hungary, ARTHUR was able to detect and locate the firing units for 500 assorted rockets, cannon shells, and mortar rounds. Norway bought 12 of the systems and Sweden bought 14. Denmark later ordered eight. Ericsson is marketing the system to the British who want to buy nine of them.--Stephen V Cole
